Implementation is divided into different phase,
- Phase 1 – In this phase Image X core Salesforce team will work with the clients’ management team to understand the requirements and business processes. Image X team will analyze the required work agree on the scope of the project. The team will list any risks risks involved and will provide the project cost estimates and time frame. Based upon the work and complexity we will suggest a methodology for implementation.
Phase 2 – During this phase, Image X Salesforce team will prepare configuration and customization design documents to finalize the development approach. The team will also identify the risk and dependencies before implementation.
Where integration between on-premise systems and Salesforce.com is required, we engage with functional and technical resources early in the project lifecycle to ensure that we can understand key dependencies and constraints impacting the solution and schedule; understand and mitigate security risks posed by the new integration points.
Once everything is developed the team will do the deployment to user acceptance testing (UAT) instance for the UAT testing. Once we get the UAT confirmation from the customer we will be ready to deploy into production.
Phase 3 – This phase includes the deployment to production. The team will clearly indicate the downtime and impact to the users. A deployment checklist will be prepared for smooth implementation and confirmation.
In parallel to the deployment, Image-X team will prepare the training material for end users. It will help them to understand the new system in a better manner. We can conduct the training session as well based upon requirement.
