The www.e-filing.com
product is developed by taking into consideration the Architecture
designed for Electronic Document Acceptance
and Routing System. The product enables
users to created the filings online and submit the same
to Attorney. Attorney then forward the document to Court.
The Court clerk then checks the filings and takes the appropriate
decision. The decisions are updated. The user at any time
can check the status of his/her filing online.
The www.e-filing.com website supports two
types of clients; Individual user and Collection Agencies.
These users are able to create filings online by two different
methods; single filing or bulk filing.
Some users directly logs onto the site and create the filings
and some users have their softwares for creating filings
on their server and then create the report from that software
and submit the same on the pre-defined path, from where
our application reads the submitted file line by line and
create the filing accordingly so that user can check the
same online by logging on the site for checking the status
of their filings.
Parser Application:
As and when user creates the filing on the site, the parser
application generate barcode coversheet page for that filing.
Then creates the image file for complete filing and the
related image files into the MINDS Storage.
The filing will be submitted to the Attorney users, who
check the filings. If the filing details are correct then
he/she forwards the document to the Court.
EDAR Server and Client Application:
The EDAR Server application downloads the
corresponding image files for the filing on the Court Server
and does the entry into the database and sends makes the
filing available for the EDAR Client application.
Here, Court Clerk logs into the EDAR Client
application and check the filings submitted for taking the
decision. The Court Clerk open the filing page and takes
the appropriate decision and stamps the filing’s first
page for the decision taken. Once he/she finished with the
decision process, the EDAR Server again
collects the required image pages for the filing and decision
file and makes it available for the parser application.
The parser application then download both image files with
the decision stamp and decision files and update the decision
into the database and upload the document pages into the
Minds storage for that filing.
The user will be able to check status of the filing and
view the PDF document online.
